URL fetching
When you submit a product URL, Recoo may fetch that public page and related public metadata to draft product facts, positioning, use cases, and evidence notes. Do not submit private URLs or content you are not allowed to share.
Privacy
This beta notice explains the data Recoo needs to run product intake, workspace review, and first-customer search workflows.
When you submit a product URL, Recoo may fetch that public page and related public metadata to draft product facts, positioning, use cases, and evidence notes. Do not submit private URLs or content you are not allowed to share.
If you upload a PDF, DOCX, TXT, or Markdown file, Recoo extracts text from that document to build product facts and workspace suggestions. Uploaded documents are for your workspace review flow, not for public product pages unless you explicitly approve or publish derived content.
Recoo can store search tasks, lead notes, statuses, outreach drafts, and manual outcomes you enter in the workspace. Beta lead data is used to organize your workflow and improve your own recommendations. Recoo does not automatically send outbound messages.
Recoo does not sell your workspace data. During beta, submitted URLs, uploaded documents, corrections, lead notes, and drafts are not intentionally used to train third-party foundation models. They may be processed by service providers only to operate requested product features.
You can ask Recoo to delete workspace products, uploaded source material, lead notes, drafts, and account access data. Some logs, backups, and legal records may take additional time to expire, but we will remove active workspace data when deletion is requested.
For access, privacy, or deletion requests, use the workspace access flow and include the workspace or product name involved.
